The 21st Century Building Expo & Conference, the 3rd Quarter NCHBA meeting and STARS Award Gala was held in Concord, NC October 18th-20th. 

At the STARS Award Gala Jay Overton, Albemarle & Associates LTD, was awarded the 2022 Distinguished Associate of the Year!

Phyllis Hobbs, Executive Officer, Outer Banks Home Builders Association, was awarded the 2022 New Executive Officer of the Year.
