Penny Stallings, of BB&T Mortgage, is the OBHBA 2019 Associate of the Year.  Penny received her Associate of the Year award from Matt Neal, Neal Contracting Group Inc.  Matt is the 2019 Past President of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association.
